About T.I.E.
Think. Innovate. Engage. (T.I.E.) is a symposium series for nonprofit leaders,
scholars and advocates working to improve the prospects of linking low-income males of color to mainstream opportunities. The overarching aim of this series is to increase financial investments in building a field of practice committed to males of color thriving.
The strategic objectives of the T.I.E. series are to:
- Provide a forum for peer exchange and learning;
- Document practitioner's knowledge of innovative practices and policy proposals that are working to improve outcomes among males of color;
- Prioritize the field's capacity building needs;
- Inform and influence the funding decisions of public and private donors;
- Engage a diverse community of stakeholders in the necessary work of building a community of practice to support the success of low-income males of color.
